پارگی رباط زانو دارم تو فیزیوتراپی زانوم خم نمیشه آیا عمل لازمم؟

REPORT:
Moderate joint effusion.
Severe bone bruising in proximal portion of tibia is seen
Focal bone bruising at medial femoral condyle is seen
Grade II MCL injury is seen
High grade tear of ACL is seen
Horizontal tear at posterior horn of medial meniscus is seen
Lhteral meniscus is normal.
PCL and LCL are intact.
The rest of exam is unremarkable.
