Macroscopy:
Specimen received in formalin consists of multiple pieces of creamy brown soft tissue totally measuring:۱*۱*۰.۵cm.TS in ۱ block.

Microscopy:
Sections show polypoid tissue composed of cystically dilated pseudostratified glands in spindly to edematous stroma containing thick walled vessels.

Final diagnosis:
Endometrium ,curettage :
-Endometrial polyp.
