The diameter of ascending aorta in sinusal .junctional and tubular portions is ۵۹, ۵۸ and ۶۱ mm respectively .the diameter of arch and descending aorta is ۲۵ and ۲۶ mm respectively .The arch branches are patent .There is neither dissection nor IMH .The abdominal aorta , celiac , SMA and renal arteries are patent .There are small non stenotic plaques in infra renal aorta .The ilio femoral arteries are patent bilaterally
